I have worked with Ricky for over 20 years using his expertise from the most basic to the most advanced IT problems and he has never not been able to knock it out of the park. Ricky is the Swiss Army Pen Knife of anything technology based: need to connect to Google when you’re in China but running into infinite firewalls? No problem for Ricky, give him 5 minutes. Need outdated film photo filters installed on a new iteration of Lightroom whilst you’re out of the office? Too easy. Someone destroyed your Sennheiser headphones? They’ll be ready first thing in the morning. Ricky leads by example, attacks tasks with quietly determined diligence and does it all with his signature upbeat personality. I’d recommend Ricky for anything because even if he doesn’t know how to do it now, I already know he’ll have it figured out ASAP.

I can't say enough good about Ricky. I have been working with him a couple of years and he completely revamped my IT department and made changes I didn't know possible. We went from a local server to moving everything in the cloud. Ricky helped to make everything Single Sign On, so it's only one password to remember. We have tons of passwords and Ricky was able to give us the tools to manage them. Also from a security standpoint, our systems are way more secure than I could ever imagine. This is important in all lines of work at this point.

I cannot sign Ricky's praises enough. Ricky has done my IT since 2014 when I opened my law firm. He has helped with and fixed every issue that has ever come up. He has set up all my computer systems and all I need to run a paperless office. He makes himself available whenever I need his help, and that says a lot because he is always super busy with projects and other clients. I would never trust another technician with any of my IT needs.
